This superb 27 m2 family studio is located at Collet d'Allevard at the foot of the ski slopes and 200 m from the center of the resort with bar, restaurant, ski rental, mountain biking and supermarket. Ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Night skiing at Collet d'Allevard is 10 slopes lit at night and one of the largest areas in Europe! A balcony will allow you to enjoy the view of the valley with a very nice exposure. The space 27 m2 apartment, sleeps 4, located in the Les Arolles E building with elevator, large balcony, free parking at the foot of the building. Close to all amenities (supermarket, ski rental, restaurant, ESF). The resort of Collet d'Allevard is 30 km from Grenoble and 30 km from Chambéry (possibility to come by train). You will have a living room/kitchen with sofa bed, a hallway with a bunk bed (remember to bring your bed linen... fitted sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover), a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: Dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, cooktop, fridge, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster. Available TV, board games, children's toys. A ski room with code padlock is available. Sleds are available at the apartment. Thermal spa located in Allevard. Winter: Direct access to the slopes from the back of the building. Night skiing every Friday and twice a week during school holidays (Tuesday and Friday) Summer: Hiking in the Belledonne massif, paragliding in free flight, downhill mountain biking or TT scooter. Guest access A Keybox allows independent access to the apartment. Other things to note The cleaning of the apartment at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the tenant, household products are provided If the cleaning is not done properly, an amount of €50 will be requested. We check the accommodation after each check out. Don't forget to bring your towels and bed sheets (there are duvets and pillows) for hygiene and sanitary reasons, I don't leave sheets in the apartment. A security deposit of €450 will be requested (including a cleaning deposit)
