This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips of 12 to 16 People. Even for up to 22 under request at an additional charge. The space The house was built in 2019. It's a 7,300 Sq feet property on a 0.85 acre lot. It has 3 bedrooms -each with a full bathroom- on the first floor. On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms and 1 family room, all with a balcony. The family room has 1/2 bathroom, Smart TV, mini-split A/C and a sofa. The other two bedrooms on the second floor have both a queen size bed and a full bathroom each. The house has 3 living room spaces, dining table, full kitchen, swimming pool, hot tub, and an additional cooking station by the pool. All the bedrooms have WIFI internet. Please note that all spaces and bedrooms have ceiling fans although only room 5 (Family Room) has an A/C. We have CLARO internet as virtually everybody else in Mesa de Yeguas. We have ordered STARLINK (Elon Musk's service) which we will switch up starting April 1st, 2023. Guest access You will have full and exclusive access to the 5 bedrooms, family room and all other areas and amenities. Other things to note CLUB SERVICES As our guest, you will also be welcome to use the paid services the Country Club offers, such as golf, water skiing, tennis or other. Please bear in mind though, that a "members-first" policy is strictly enforced by the Club, prioritizing reservations for them over guests by providing a members-only time window before any one else can reserve. So, in very busy days you might not be able to secure a reservation, thus we cannot guarantee availability . In any case, if you wish to use them, please contact us before your check-in, as we have to make the proper arrangements. MAID SERVICE A maid is included at no cost for every non-holiday Monday through Saturday. She will be working every day during your stay from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Sundays and holidays must be paid directly by you (the guest) to the maid. For guest groups of 7 or more a mandatory 2nd maid that we will provide is required and you will have to pay in full, also directly to her. The maid service price, when applicable, is COP $80,000 per maid per day. Registration Details 137778
