The condominium property is equipped with complete amenities (swimming pool, BBQ grill area, children's playground and basketball court) so you will really enjoy your stay in this place. We provide guests with premium entertainment experience with our latest 55" inches SAMSUNG 4K SMART TV complete with Netflix, HDMI port, browser, Youtube etc. Surf the internet, update your social media platforms or attend to important meetings of your work with our high speed Fiber Internet connection. This condo unit is equipped with hot and cold shower, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, frying pans, soup pan, plates, spoon and fork, bowls and other cooking essentials Guest access SWIMMING POOL ACCESS Swimming pool is open from 9AM to 10PM. Airbnb guests are allowed to access the pool during Tuesday - Sunday. Swimming pool is closed every Monday for deep cleaning and chemical treatment. On Tuesday-Friday (except holidays) 2 Adults can use the swimming pool for free and excess guests need to pay 100 php each. On Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, all guests need to pay 100 php each to use the swimming pool as it is condo management policy that free usage of the swimming pool for 2 adults is only available during weekdays (except holidays). Please wear a proper swimming attire and change clothes after swimming. Do not enter the elevator wet. BBQ GRILLING AREA Guests can grill and use the BBQ grilling area provided that you bring your own grilling items like charcoal, match etc. Tables and chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please clean as you go and throw your garbage in the designated garbage can beside the grilling area. CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND, BASKETBALL COURT Guests are allowed to use these amenities. As a courtesy to other users of the playground amenity, do not let your children play on the playground after using the swimming pool. Towel dry first before using the playground. FITNESS GYM Airbnb guests can use the gym for a minimal fee of 200 pesos per day. It is unlimited use for whole day. Gym is open from 6AM to 12 midnight. Other things to note PARKING The condominium management implemented a car sticker policy for homeowners. Visitor's parking has only limited slots including the visitors of homeowner residents. Parking is not guaranteed since it is a first come, first serve basis Effective May 13, 2024 the condominium management implemented a pay-to-park system in the visitor's parking available slots: Hourly Parking Rate for Cars/SUVS is 30php for the first 4hours and 10php per each succeeding hour. Overnight parking is 150php. (Example: Parking from 2PM checkin to 11AM checkout on the next day = 150 php only) Hourly Parking Rate for Motorcycles is 10php for the first 4hours and 5php per each succeeding hour. Overnight parking is 75php. (Example: Parking from 2PM checkin to 11AM checkout on the next day = 75 php only) PRE CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS All guests are required to submit valid IDs (passport for foreigners and government issued ID for locals). Please send it at least 48hours prior to your arrival since it will be required by the property management for security reasons. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME Check-In is at 2PM or anytime after 2PM. Check-out is strictly on or before 11AM to give ample time for the staff to clean and prepare the unit for the next guests.
