Our home has lots of space at 3,600 sq ft with two outdoor areas and gardens to enjoy nature. It's full of charm and character and was built in 1790. We have all the perks of suburban life (greenery, mountain biking, sailing, surfing) and also easy access to Boston (15 miles away) via train or ferry in 30 minutes. A 15-minute walk (or shorter bike ride) gets you into town with pub, restaurants, gift stores, ice cream, coffee, etc. We live here so if you're here it means we're probably out of the country and available through mobile phones. We're very close to Bare Cove Park which has nice walking/hiking/biking trails and water/sunset views. Uber and Lyft are usually 10 minutes away, there is a bus stop 15 minute walk away which can get you to the 'T' (Boston's subway). Commuter train into Boston across the street and Ferry into Boston (and other places) is a five minute drive. We're very close to Bare Cove Park which has nice walking/hiking/biking trails and water/sunset views. We're across the street from a public golf course called South Shore Country Club. The train is only a 1-minute walk, trains pass every hour or so (6am to 9pm) and it does make noise but can also be your friend if you use it!
