Please remember check in and out through Cheshire Rio Property Management office located 2 minutes away, message us prior to your arrival if you plan on checking in after 5 pm. Other things to note A starter pack of paper products are supplied for your convenience, however anything needed beyond what is supplied is the responsibility of the tenant. Including cleaning supplies, 3 toilet paper rolls per bath, 2 paper towel rolls, sponge, dish soap and pods, and hand soaps at each sink. Santa Cruz county does not permit single use toiletries in hotels or vacation homes, please check prior if you have questions about what to bring. Dogs are allowed however you must agree to pet policies. Maximum of two small dogs (under 30 lbs each) or one dog under 65 lbs. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed.
