A beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo, less than a 10 minute walk from the beach! The complex includes 3 sunny and large pools and a tennis court. A perfect all-season getaway, close to the beach and all that the South Forest / Coligny area has to offer. A bike ride away from many shops and restaurants! **Up to 2 well-behaved pets welcome for a small additional fee that will be charged at the time of booking. Please let me know if you will be bringing pets** No more than TWO pets allowed. The space The cabana is incredibly large, at almost 1,500 sq. Ft. It is surrounded by HHI’s beautiful palm trees and overlooks the beautiful Treetops pool. You are steps away from the beach and the shops/dining at Coligny Plaza. There are 3 pools in the complex and a tennis court. Both bedrooms are oversized with full private baths and mirrored closets. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen. ** There is a roll-away twin bed for extra sleep space. (to sleep a total of 5)** The cabana has been completely redecorated and is adorned with all new furniture, mattresses, beds, couches, tables, etc. you will walk into a coastal retreat. Please note that we are one of the *very few* places on HHI that still allows pets. This is because pets create a lot of wear and tear and are hard to clean after. We do our very best to get every pet hair possible cleaned up before your arrival. However, there may be a stray hair here and there. Please give us grace so we can stay pet friendly! Note that while the condo can accommodate 5 guests, it can only accommodate 4 adults. 5 adults will not be able to fit. Guest access All spaces including the cabana pool and tennis courts are available to guests **There are a few stairs up to the unit and then stairs between the two floors. Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Additional Sleeping: Twin Rollaway Bed, Air Mattress INDOORS: Smart TVs, open layout, dining nook w/ table KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, cooking basics, dishware & flatware GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, in-unit laundry, central heat & A/C, cleaning essentials, community tennis courts This is a second floor cabana that can be accessed via stairs or elevator. *Not handicap accessible* There are a few stairs up to the unit and stairs to get between the floors, inside the unit. It’s a reverse floor plan so the bedrooms are on the first floor (second floor of the building) and the living room is on the top floor (3rd floor of the building). There is a $200 flat fee for pets that will be charged at the time of booking. **No more than 2 pets allowed** - Parking passes are required. - A maximum of 2 parking passes will be issued. The HOA does not allow for more. ****Eco and animal friendly pest control service is every first Tuesday of the month. This happens inside the condo to ensure a lovely stay for all.
