Guests have exclusive access to the self-contained main floor, upper level, front porch and garden. The kitchen includes a large center island, generous quartz countertops, a chimney-style range hood, 30" farmhouse sink, quiet close cabinetry, and open shelving for convenience. Also included are a full size washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The spa-inspired bathroom features a walk-in shower, skylight, and floor to ceiling tile. My home has been updated to include essential creature comforts and solar power for a reduced carbon footprint. However, many of the charming original details remain including solid oak hardwood flooring throughout. The space floods with natural light and guests can enjoy a quiet tree-lined street and garden while lounging on the front porch. Guest access Exclusive use of interior main and second floors, as well as the covered front porch. Other things to note My home is best suited for 4 guests for overnight accommodation. A NOTE FOR ANYONE TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN: A travel crib and mattress are available for infants and toddlers. Otherwise, my home is not baby-proof! There aren't any gates, high chair, play pins, or child-proof cabinet locks. Guests should exercise caution if booking with a small child.
