Description
Our home is located right next to St George Park, one of Bristol’s largest and most vibrant parks. As well as majestic trees, rolling lawns and a lake, the park has a playground, skate park, tennis courts, Bowles and a basketball court - perfect for families and picnics. You'll also find award-winning cafes, pubs, music venues and restaurants all within walking distance. The space Our late Victorian 3-bedroomed terraced house has high ceilings, bay windows and plenty of light. Downstairs the open plan living room and kitchen has beautiful wooden floors, comfortable furniture and plenty of great cooking equipment, cook books and pretty much every spice you can imagine! We are keen cooks and keep a well-stocked larder, please let us know if you’d like access to any ingredients and we’d be happy to oblige. There are Sonos speakers downstairs (Bluetooth) and a smart TV. The house has three bedrooms but only two are available. Bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has a very comfy king-sized bed, desk and monitor. Bedroom 2 is a dormer loft conversion (with great head height) and has a super king-sized bed and wardrobe. Outside in the garden you’ll find our south-facing patio/garden & Weber BBQ that you’re welcome to use. There’s garden furniture and garden cushions in the shed. Please do not use or move the bikes. We have a four-year-old and lots of toys. Please let us know if you’d like access to the nursery with the toys and we can arrange that for you. Unless requested, the nursery/third bedroom is not available. Guest access The only area that’s not available is the nursery/first bedroom on the first floor, which we’ll be clearly marked as unavailable. Other things to note Please note that our house is on a quiet residential street. We would ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
