Our apartment is recommended for people looking for tranquility, while being close to the city center and the sea. I wanted to remind you that it's very important to read the full description. The space Charming apartment in a quiet area, just minutes from the sea; About 10 minutes to the sea (without passing through the center) and 12-15 minutes by car from downtown. On the 5th floor WITHOUT an elevator, (The windows have sturdy iron bars for children.) The house is equipped with a 24-hour security system and has very good connections to taxis and buses as well as nearby grocery stores, etc. The apartment is NOT in a tourist area, so many Moroccan families live in the building with their culture and their habits, normal people who lead a modest life Given the Airbnb philosophy, it could be an advantage :-) This leads me to prohibit any kind of parties (out of respect). We are flexible and attentive to analyze any other type of request. Thank you for your understanding and for following the rules :-) If you are looking for these things, you are in the right place and welcome. :-) Guest access The entrance consists of 1 first door. Where is the security service that checks the access authorization (the first time), then the door with the citizen number and after you have gone up the stairs to the fourth floor, you will find the private entrance to our apartment. Upstairs there is a large terrace that is NOT equipped, a beautiful landscape or for those who smoke. I recommend people with limited mobility or families with babies who are a few months old not to book with us... Other things to note The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the new building, NO elevator. Always available 24/7 for any questions. My uncle and I are ready to answer any questions.
