The space is heated and cooled by a dedicated mini split Air Conditioner. You will have your own separate entrance on a secure gated property. Two tandem parking spots are included for mid-sized vehicles and RV parking may also be available. Access to a 220v outdoor outlet is provided for fast EV charging. The space This property is 16.3 miles away from Universal Studios in Hollywood and 13 miles from Six Flags Magic Mountain in Santa Clarita. Guest access This unit is separate from the main home, and offers its own private keyed entrance. You will enjoy your own private bathroom with large shower and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a full sized stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. Other things to note Please indicate in advance if you will need a pack and play, as I will need to pull it out of storage to provide for use during your stay. This property is 16.3 miles away from Universal Studios in Hollywood and 12.7 miles away from Magic Mountain in Santa Clarita. The lost key charge is $150.00. This charge will apply If the keys are not returned to the same place you picked them up, or if they are lost during your stay. Lost keys are a major inconvenience and a costly issue for the host to resolve. I am usually happy to try and accomodate early check-ins when requested. I am unable to confirm early check-ins ahead of time, because it will depend on how messy the previous guests left the place, and how long the cleaning process takes.
