Gorgeous views, sea breezes, walk everywhere...it's a sand between your toes kinda holiday place, where you park your car & relax for the duration of your stay. Nestled into the hillside of the Burleigh Heads National park our apartment at Gemini Holiday Resort is fully renovated, beach inspired, light, bright & airy - the decor instills a "feels like summer beach holiday" atmosphere. Big doors & windows allow a beautiful sea breeze to flow throughout... opening out to your own private separate balcony where ocean/beach views run from Burleigh Headland all the way up to Surfers Paradise. Enjoy the outdoor seating all day long...watching the sunrise, or throughout the day with the waves & the birds as your background sounds & at night with the sun setting on another day in paradise watching the twinkling lights glinting in the distance. White plantation shutters, white flowing curtains, natural textures, soft tones, large mirrors & Slim Aaron's artwork make for a tranquil yet modern setting. A palatial super comfy modular lounge & big screen TV 75 " are the focus in the open plan lounge area. Sea views abound from the lounge, dining & kitchen area doubling in size with the mirrored walls. The main lounge/dining/ kitchen area are air conditioned while the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen features a large island bench with seating, a 4 door water & ice maker fridge, a wine fridge, oven, cook top, dishwasher, coffee machine as well as being fully kitted out with all the crockery, cutlery, glasses, serving bowls etc that you would need. Luxurious linen a tops a super comfy King size bed, the en-suite has a shower while the 2nd bathroom has a bath tub/shower. The main bedroom has a walk in robe. All bed linen & bath towels are included. Beach towels can be hired from reception or you are welcome to bring your own. The amenities cupboard has a washer & dryer...iron & ironing board. We are about 100m from the famous Burleigh Beach & National Park, there is a slight incline walk between the apartment & the beach. There are lifts in the building. We are on the 3rd floor however with the hill & 2 levels of parking it feels like you are on about the 7th or 8th floor in regards to views. Resort facilities are : Pool, Spa, BBQ area & Tennis courts. This building has a No Party/Low noise/No Smoking Policy The Pavillion, Rick Shores & the Surf Club are right on our doorstep (150m), the vibrant bustling village atmosphere of James St which boasts a multitude of cafes, bars, restaurants, clubs, boutique supermarket, bakeries, clothing & home wares stores is 5min walking distance. Across the road are BBQ's & Picnic tables, exercise bars, the national park walking tracks...so much to do! Do as much or as little as you like.. Luxurious....Relaxed....Memorable...Fun in the sun...🌴 Guest access You will have access to the Resort Style Pool, Spa & Sauna alongside the Outdoor kitchen area with BBQ's & seating area. Viewing deck with awesome coastline & sunset views - laze in a sun-lounger for the day or hit up the flood lit tennis court. Other things to note 2 Lifts in the building. Slight incline 100m gradient walk from the beach.
