The "Langenfelder Straße" bus stop is a 7-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) 400 m and (Rewe) 500 m, kiosk (150 m) & Asian snack bar (300 m) away. Always parking in front of the door. We have a 50-inch Samsung "the Frame" TV with Netflix access in the bedroom. In the kitchen there is a DeLonghi portafilter coffee maker for morning coffee enjoyment on the balcony with morning sun. There is also a smoothie maker. Other important info This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only possible on the balcony! Please do not walk with street shoes inside the apartment.
