The great yard, patio, barbecue, (and fire pit too!) make a person feel out in the countryside, yet, only a block and a half away are the shops, world class, affordable restaurants, gourmet grocery stores, food carts galore. Public transportation is a stone's throw away. Drive down the street and you are in downtown Portland in 4 minutes. Everything you need right out your door.
