• In a peaceful and safe residential area in ville St-laurent,(not the street, not the metro station st-laurent in downtown…) • A few minute walking from Metro ducollege, Cegep Vanier and St-Laurent, and the busy commercial street Decarie. • 2 floors and basement, A large backyard, a patio, a solarium, a laundry room and a kitchen available to all tenants, parking spot also available on demand • Internet, electricity, warm water, heat, laundry equipment included (usage at 1CAD each) The space This is a standard house in montreal, please don't expect luxury here. If you expect luxury you should go to Ritz or another hotel, I have excellent recommendations. There are several rooms offered, host reserves the right to place guest in any of the room included in the listing depending on availability. The room included in the same listing are equivalent in value. During your stay We do not live at the house, but available when needed. Other things to note For everyone's safety, we also have a security camera on the front porch and one in the hallway facing the front door and one in the kitchen. If guest forget or lose their keys, 20CAD fees apply Please respect our check-in and check out time, if check-in later than 9pm, there may be a late check-in fee. If check-out later than 11:50am, there might also be a late check-out fee. There are many free street parkings near the house, however to use the house parking, there is a fee of 50$ per month and tenant must also be responsible for clearing the snow and maintaining of this parking and it will be used exclusively by the paying guest.
