Guest access Guests have access to Royal Palm condo with private 400 sq ft. veranda area. The guest also has access to the common rooftop lounge area with palapa. Water access is just a few steps away on the Carribean Sea. We do provide snorkel equipment and we have bikes for guests use. Other things to note Check out Coconut Palm Unit #1 which is identical floor plan except it is one floor lower which also gives you views of the Caribbean Sea. This affords private space if two couples are traveling together by renting both units. The Split to Split Ferry will pick up guests and bring your back at the water access point just a few steps from the condos.
