Other things to note Please note that the base price listed for each night is based on a single person or a couple (2 people) sharing a single bedroom. Where 2 guests book and plan to use 2 bedrooms, an extra guest charge applies (£10 per night) to cover additional cleaning and linen costs. Such an arrangement would need to be booked as a 3 person booking. Similarly, where 4 people book, it is assumed that only 2 bedrooms will be used. If the third bedroom is to be used, an additional guest charge applies (£10 per night) and the booking would need to be made for 5 people.
