Welcome to beautiful Primrose safari tent at Cuckoo Down Farm. A stunning glamping tent sleeping six with hot tub, your own shower, loo and kitchen plus sofas, dining table, verandah, lots of space, wood-burning stove and campfire. Set in 30 acres of gorgeous meadows and woodland in east Devon, four miles from the World Heritage coastline and wonderful beaches at Sidmouth. The space Primrose is a spacious canvas safari tent with woodfired hot tub. You'll find wooden floors and large verandah, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed. Primrose is set in a sunny seven acre meadow and faces south-west, perfect for lovely sunsets seen from the large wooden verandah. In the meadow there are just three other glamping tents and there is also a beautiful three-acre oak woodland alongside to explore. Primrose safari tent is perfect for families with children (we provide high chair, travel cot and toy box), couples or friends. We welcome well-behaved dogs, who have a lovely time here (£30 per visit, one dog per tent). The Sheaves family has been offering luxury glamping holidays at Cuckoo Down Farm since 2008 and pride themselves on the lovely facilities and comfort of the accommodation. Also on offer are children's pony rides and opportunities to feed the chickens and collect eggs. Guest access The whole safari tent is yours, with lots of privacy and space around it to enjoy. Other things to note Cuckoo Down Farm is a tranquil setting and evenings here are relaxed and peaceful. Amplified music is not permitted and we ask that customers wanting more than one glamping tent contact us first to discuss a group booking.
