Cozy house in the heart of Arsos (Stou Pavli)

A cozy stonehouse in the heart of Arsos. Ideal for family, friends or solo travellers. This 100 year old house is fully renovated and equipped with all the amenities to provide to its guests a pleasant stay. The house projects its rich history through its vintage character and decoration. By walk: Main square: 1 min Cafes and restaurants: 1 min Supermarket and bakery: 1 min Nearest parking: 2 min Nature trail to Medieval fountains: 4 min The space The house has outdoor space with a dining table, a traditionally built faucet and a barbeque. On the ground floor of the house you can find the open plan kitchen, the living room with 2 sofas, a 42'' smart TV and the toilet. On the upper floor you can find the 2 bedrooms and a small living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need including dining table, oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster. Living room does not have an AC but we do have a fireplace to warm up during winter (thankfully the temperatures inside the house during summer and winter are very good). There is 1 sofa and 1 sofa bed to chill. TV is already equipped with a Netflix subscription. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with luxury bed linen, towels and toiletries. Bedroom 1 has one has one double bed and Bedroom 2 has one double bed and one single bed. Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the house. Guest access Guests can use all areas in the house. Other things to note Stou Pavli is not suitable for infants and children (1-12 years old) due to indoor and outdoor staircases without safety gates. Guests has to bring their own charcoals if they want to use barbeque. Fireplace woodbag extra charge is €10 each. Please inform us in advance.
