Bonjour, Wilkommen, Welcome! Located in a Peaceful Cul-de-Sac close to worldclass Mountain Biking Trails and 20 minutes from Mount Washington Ski Resort on Vancouver Island! The ocean & beaches are also a near 15 minute car ride or 25-ish minute bike ride! My home is Peacefully set in a quarter acre Mini Forest and is Open Concept w many vaulted ceilings so spacious and bright w a Calming Pastel Blue/White decor! Please visit. I am Kind, Friendly and Helpful w a European Breakfast if desired!🙋‍♀️😁💝 The space Quiet. ☀️Peaceful. ☀️Tranquil. Many Windows. Vaulted Ceilings. A Huge driveway : 60 feet, so ideal for an RV. And a 4 minute drive to the on ramp for the island highway. I offer 2 bedrooms: A)one bright bedroom upstairs w a double soft mattress on the rug and a door that locks w a downstairs private or shared bathroom w shower OR B) an open concept = no door and still very private at the end of a hallway, smaller bedroom downstairs w a single bed and private or shared en-suite w shower. It is very Unique Architecture! Not your typical house in a good way. You may park your bike or skis inside in the oversized entrance. Please have socks or slippers and leave your shoes at the door or w your bike or skis. ThankYou. Also, the Kitchen and Bathroom are Shared w the Owner. Guest access Mini Forest Garden with wild bunnies and wild deer when they are passing through. During your stay Totally. I love people & chatting/helping. Other things to note No wifi or laundry. A laundry service may be arranged upon request. This is an Eco-Friendly Home so please no smoking (absolutely no marijuana) and no perfume due to allergies. The Kitchen and Bathroom are Shared w the Owner. Cleaning the room can be weekly as desired. Recycle is one week and garbage is the alternate week. Please take out your garbage/recycle weekly.
