On the property are many roses and fruit trees, a swing, a bee meadow. The property is located directly on the Oder-Neisse cycle path. The space The house has 3 rooms (the mezzanine is not rented out / private area). a living room with an open fireplace, a kitchen (incl. Stove, oven, dishwasher, ice maker, etc...), a pantry, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, two toilets (a third toilet is in the barn), a utility room with gas boiler and washing machine, two terraces with large tables. In the pink room there is a double bed and a secretary (a compartment for guests). In the gray room there is a double bed and the linen closet (a compartment for guests). In the children's room (2nd floor) there is a double bed (double mattress on slatted base) and a single bed (one compartment for guests). Stall: In the stable there is a third toilet, a sink with cold water, a shower with cold water, a (old) fridge and a gas grill. Additional important info: The mobile network is quite weak on the place/ often you end up in the Polish network. High-speed Internet/ WiFi is available. For swimming, it is good to wear bathing shoes (available). The garden gate and the garden door should be closed at night to prevent possible damage by wild animals. In summer, you sometimes need mosquito spray in the evening. All rooms have mosquito repellent. It is desired that guests participate in the lawn mowing (gasoline lawn mowers available) and watering the flowers. Fire: Guests are welcome to use the fireplace for smaller fires (as long as there are no fire restrictions from the authorities). Wood is located at the back of the garden. If you burn a lot of wood, the wood must be paid for. Ortwig is 2.5 km away. Shopping is possible in Letschin (11 km), Wriezen (19 km) and on some farms. There is a butcher in Neubarnim (7 km) and one in Neulewin (8 km). Other things to note Perfect place for hiking, fishing, bike tours. Many destinations: Neuhardenberg, Niederfinow ship lift, Theater am Rand, excursion to Poland (Güstebieser Loose car ferry), many artists' studios in the region. By train from Berlin you can arrive either in Seelow-Gusow or Letschin (about 1:15 hours). There are hospitals in Seelow, Wriezen and Strausberg. Shopping in Oderbruch: Very good butcher in Neubarnim. In Letschin (about 7 km away) there is a nice vegetable shop (Czernitzky K.-P. Gemüseladen, Karl-Marx-Str. 12, 15324 Letschin) with good vegetables from the Oderbruch. On the main road there is also a pharmacy, two bakers and a butcher. Edeka, beverage market, gas station.
