Simple accommodation

Hi, friends! We live in a small residential area on the outskirts of Järpen with a large plot and garden. Good opportunities for skiing in winter and fishing, hiking and berry picking in summer and autumn. It is 25 km to Åre and 70 km to Östersund. There is local transport in both directions. The space You rent a room in our garage on the property. The room has 2 beds, table and chairs as well as microwave and kitchen utensils. Directly adjacent there is a hall with a small kitchenette with fridge, 2 stovetop burners, electric kettle and a few other things for simple cooking. Water is collected in the big house. In the big house, there is also a toilet and shower and sauna in the basement that can be booked for an extra cost of SEK 50 per person. If the weather allows, there is a simple camping toilet in the garage. You are also welcome to use the kitchen in the large house in agreement with us and possibly other guests Some days, we can also arrange breakfast, lunch or dinner. The price is negotiable! Please ask and we will arrange most things! Guest access Room in the garage with its own kitchenette. Note: no running water and only a simple camping toilet in the summer. Access to toilet and shower in our house on the premises. There is also a sauna that can be used for an extra cost of SEK 50 per person. Other things to note There is a smaller bathroom with toilet and bathtub upstairs and a toilet on the entrance level. Then there is a sauna and shower in the basement.
