Explore the countryside from our doorstep, 1 mile from both East Grinstead and Lingfield. 1 mile from the nearest train station that goes direct to London (Dormans station). A stones throw from Lingfield racecourse. Guest access We generally offer just the bedroom and shared bathroom. There are tea and coffee-making facilities in the room which we keep stocked up for the duration of your stay. During your stay You will have the space to yourself, please message us on the Airbnb app for any assistance required. Other things to note Please note that this is our family home and this room is one of my boys who is away. Therefore the cupboards and draws have this belongings in. If you need hanging space please let me know and we can provide a rail.
