The 2nd private bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds for a total of 4 people Each Room has a workstation.. Spacious patio and backyard. Kitchen incl. coffee, tea, water heater. Free WIFI, TV w/ Netflix. Washer & dryer available. The space Your room is located on the 2nd floor of our townhouse (1 staircase up), accessible through a separate hallway. Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with almost no traffic outside. The room is very cozy, with a lot of natural light and window blinds to have a perfect sleep after a long day. Our townhouse is located in a very quiet yet central neighborhood with no noticeable traffic noise. Relax in your Queen-size bed (160x200cm)! Your room is furnished with a desk, lounge chair, standing mirror and lots of closet space. We take cleanliness very seriously, so you can always count on us providing fresh towels and bed sheets for you. Your own private bathroom next door offers a lot of space to relax: A shower cabin, a big illuminated mirror, shampoo, soap and a bathtub! You're also welcome to use our infrared-light cabin. Relax after a long day of Sightseeing in your own private sauna experience. The master bedroom comes with a TV including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and cable TV. The 2nd room comes with two comfy single beds, desk, closet, and a pretty view onto the green backyard. Each room has a workingstation. Upon request, we can offer to accomodate you in a different room with a Queen-size bed (for example if you're traveling as 2 couples. All rooms are lockable and come with their own key. Free 50 MBIT WI-FI available in the entire house. For game nights, we have a big collection of board games available which you are happy to choose from. If you prefer reading, we have English books available as well as a daily newspaper, the 'Süddeutsche Zeitung'. You will share only the downstairs kitchen & living area with me, Martina, and occasionally my son, who comes to visit sometimes but doesn't live here. Your very welcome to use our spacious kitchen, it comes with everything you would need: stove, oven, toaster, microwave, as well as lots space inside the fridge and freezer. We provide all the important basics for you: coffee, espresso, sugar, milk, creamer, sugar, tea, herbs, cooking oil. Pots, pans, plates, cutlery, (wine) glasses etc. When it's warm outside, find a spot outside in our pretty patio area, grab a lawn chair and relax in our backyard or eat dinner/breakfast at our outside dining table. We have a washer / dryer you are free to use in our basement. Guest access You are welcome to use our 1st floor including the kitchen, as well as relax on our patio and in our backyard. During your stay I am born and raised in Munich and can give you a lot of tips about this beautiful city - just ask me :) If you prefer to keep to yourself, no problem!
