The space A unique atmosphere was created by keeping and restoring original retro features we appreciate like the 1950s kitchen floor terrazzo tiles. Iron ceiling joists were exposed and some of the walls left rough and un-plastered. Industrial electrical conduit and lighting were added to create a unifying design link throughout the rooms. When you step into the space you get a genuine feeling of retro Hungarian domestic space combined with the comforts of modern living and design. Cool and tranquil in the summer. Well-equipped modern kitchen and stylish bathroom. High-speed WiFi everywhere. Bosch washing machine. Samsung microwave and gas cooktop with outside-vented cooker hood, electric oven. Russell Hobbs kettle and toaster. And a plentiful supply of kitchen utensils, glassware and cutlery and crockery. Complimentary bottle of Hungarian wine to enjoy on your arrival. All bed linen and towels provided. Colour-coded towels for all guests! For longer rentals a sheet-changing service can be arranged for your stay. And why are our apartments called Mulberry Gardens? Because our building faces 'Epreskert' – Mulberry Gardens – the heritage grounds of Budapest Fine Arts sculpture school. :-) Guest access You have complete access to the whole space.
