Saanvi’s is a unique holiday home nestled in a serene layout of Mysore. Set on a 4000 sq ft plot, it features a spacious portico, a lush garden, and just one cozy room with a separate kitchen—ideal for privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, cookware, glassware, and more. Located on the way to temple town of Nanjangud, and within 8–9 km of major attractions like Chamundi Hills, Mysore Zoo, and the Palace. Best suited for families 👪—and yes, your furry friends are welcome too! The space The house is located in a newly developed layout by the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA), on a 50x80 ft plot along a 60 ft wide road. With only a handful of houses around, the area offers a peaceful, nature-filled setting with abundant sunlight and clean, fresh air. The property is fully compounded, allowing you to let your pets roam freely and safely within the premises. Enjoy breathtaking views of Chamundi Hills—your morning walks with your pets here will be truly refreshing. Please note: This is a holiday home, not a hotel. No services are provided by default. However, if informed well in advance, assistance may be arranged at an additional cost, if possible. Most things here are self-service, adding to the charm of a homely stay. Guest access The entire property is exclusively yours during your stay! However, we request you to allow our caretaker brief access whenever required. It could be cleaning or to fill water to the overhead tank, etc., Other things to note Food Options: Guests can either cook their own meals or order through food delivery apps. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, manual electric roti maker, pressure cooker, glassware, and basic utensils. Note: Cooking of pork and beef is strictly not allowed under any circumstances. Pet Policy: Pet charges: ₹1000 for one pet. For additional pets, ₹500 per pet. The property is pet-friendly, but we request owners to follow a few simple rules (listed below). ID Requirement: All guests (including day visitors) must submit a valid government-issued ID and address proof without exception. This means every single guest who are visiting / Staying should submit either a digital or hard copy of photo id cards. Additional Facilities: There is an outdoor toilet with an Indian-style commode and an instant geyser. A washing machine is also available here. If using it, please carry your own detergent and fabric softener. Rules for Pet Owners: A. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. B. Ensure your pet does not bite, scratch, or damage items such as wires, softwood, carpets, foot mats, etc. C. Please bring your pet’s own bedding. D. Avoid bringing pets during hair-shedding seasons. E. Kindly clean up after your pet poop, both inside and outside the house, before departure. F. Report any damage caused by you or your pet, and compensate for replacements as per actual cost. We kindly request that you leave the house in the same condition as it was at the time of check-in. A little deviation is understandable, but your cooperation is appreciated.
