This comfortable guest accommodation is a converted double garage, with fully lined plywood walls and polished concrete floor. While it is a relaxed and simply furnished space, it has quality lighting, rugs and curtains. A comfortable queen bed, couch & lounge chair add to the overall ambience. An ensuite bathroom is available offering a shower, toilet and wash basin. The studio is separate from the house and is quite private. Just a short drive to beaches and there is abundant wildlife. The space This accommodation is part of a five acre property with the main house occupied by the owners being architect designed and solar passive. It is situated close to beautiful beaches and national parks. The house has a number of sustainable and eco friendly features, including extensive use of recycled timber, and a worm farm which manages effluent and waste. The house draws its water from a large rainwater tank supply and we would ask that guests be mindful of their water consumption. Please note: Cooking facilities are limited to a microwave/toaster, sandwich maker, and a small benchtop double hotplate which plugs in, together with an induction single hotplate, also plug in.A large fridge is available. A small Weber Q bbq is ready for use. Guest access We would ask you to respect our privacy and we will endeavour not to intrude on you during your stay.
