Welcome to stay in our house with nice surroundings and a central location! Here you get both city and nature. With the ski stadium, hockey and soccer arenas, and the airport within 5 km, you have everything for both a quiet and active stay. Fjällvärlden is an hour's drive away: perfect for skiing or hiking. The house is suitable for both families and groups. There are five bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and two living rooms. The outdoor environment consists of a patio, balcony and backyard. Enjoy the bright lower floor with one bedroom, a large kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as a bathroom and laundry room. From here, you have direct access to the patio and backyard. On the upper floor you will find four bedrooms, an extra living room and a large bathroom, along with a balcony that offers a great view of meadows and mountains. Do you need more beds? A 150 cm air mattress is available! For electric car owners there is a charging box (type 2) for a fee, and remember to bring your own cable. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100/person, or you can easily bring your own. You are welcome to book your stay now! Guest access You will have full access to the house. There are two closets available for use in the bedroom on the lower floor. The garage will be locked and cannot be used. Outdoor furniture will be provided during the period May-November. (Your own cable is required) - The charging box is read before use and upon checkout. - The price for charging is SEK 3/kWh and is paid at checkout.
