Special house in the mountains of Córdoba. Sta Catalina.

Ideal for rest and contact with nature. In a rural area, 10 km from Ascochinga, and one hour from Cba airport (70 km) is this unique house-inn surrounded by ruins and adjacent to the Jesuit Church of Santa Catalina Rustic and solid construction, it mixes in parts, wood and stone from the original ruins and in others, recreates them achieving a very special place flooded with magic, history and the Jesuit past. The space Next door is "La Ranchería"; restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and dinner (subject to availability) at a separate cost. The Jesuitica de Santa Catalina is located on the other side and has a guide and schedules for guided tours. There is an old grocery store a few meters from the place to stock up on basic things. The place is also 20km (30 min by car) from the city of Jesús María where the Doma and Folklore Festival is held from January 11 to 21. (reconfirm dates on the internet or tourism) Guest access There is a closed quincho prepared to be with a fireplace/grill and sofa bed... carpet and coffee table to spend the day, make barbecues, be in front of the fire, enjoy beautiful moments. The road to get from the asphalt to the house is dirt for about 13 km approx. with different possible accesses. To access the property you have to enter through an old portico, so please take care and foresee the width of the vehicle beforehand. You will want the key available or a person in charge of the reception (to be coordinated between guest and host in advance) Other things to note Satellite internet / wifi has arrived! Starlink. The signal is good in the quincho, in the house due to its characteristics (old wide stone walls) it requires a wifi repeater. (It can be requested)
