Quiet clean room in a house with a garden

The space Hello! I have a modern furnished, clean and tidy house in a nice and quiet area close to the center and would love to welcome you! Here are some details which are important to know: 1. The bathroom is shared. 2. There is a big, friendly quiet dog and cat living in the house. :) 3. The bedroom is located upstairs and has a twin size bed. 4. You may use the fridge and microwave for easy meals. 5. High speed WiFi connection available included in the price. 6. There is a parking available at low cost. Evenings and sundays are free. The accommodation is located in Amsterdam West, In the area there are three parks: Vondelpark, Sloterpark and Rembrantpark, which are great for recreational activities. The place is located close to Station Lelylaan a 7 minute train ride from Schiphol airport and 15 minutes from Centraal Station. The RAI Exhibition and Congress Centre are only 3 stops by metro. The area is relatively close to the Museum Quarter and the party area (Leidseplein), 15 minutes by bike or 20 with the tram. A bikes may also be available for use. Guest access guests are free to use the kitchen microwave, fridge, coffee and tea. During your stay I will be in and out of the house but fully respect the privacy of the guests.
