Quiet house 5min from the beach ideal for families

Large house located in a quiet pedestrian street in the Endoume district. Enjoy the sea and the sun of Marseille with this newly renovated townhouse, ideally located a five-minute walk from the beach of the Catalans and the Vallon des Auffes and ten minutes from Malmousque and its beautiful coves. Beautiful asset of the house: the two vegetated terraces where you can catch sight of the sea and a mini-pool. The space This charming house is peacefully located on a quiet pedestrian lane. It's ideal for one or two families, with or without children. You enter the house through a lovely terrace. The ground floor features a living room opening onto the terrace, an open kitchen, and a bedroom equipped with a 160cm double bed and a ceiling fan (quiet and particularly efficient). For music lovers, a piano (recently tuned) and a guitar are available in the living room. The ground floor also includes a toilet and a laundry room. On the lower level, there's a cool bedroom (built into the stone) with a double bed. Upstairs is our two sons' bedroom, with a cabin we built under our eldest son's loft bed. The room can accommodate two children, or even three with an air mattress. There's also a ceiling fan here. There's also the bathroom with toilet and shower. There's a desk area on the landing overlooking a large bay window that leads to a spacious terrace. The terrace is surrounded by large planters with flowers and aromatic plants. A small pool provides refreshing relief. You'll catch a glimpse of the sea. We're committed to maintaining good relationships with our neighbors, so we ask guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere. Parties are not allowed. If you're traveling with your child(ren), we can provide a baby bathtub and high chair. There are plenty of games and books for children. The children's library is well-stocked (Benjamin being an illustrator, we have a soft spot for books). We've chosen not to install air conditioning in the house for environmental reasons. The house has large openings that allow for good cooling at night and is equipped with large ceiling fans throughout.
