You can also drop off your suitcases here at 11.30am and get the keys if you arrive before the apartment is ready. The day you leave the apartment, you can leave your suitcases here and pick them up later. You will be allowed to check out as late as 11am if someone else is checking in on the same day. You'd be allowed to check out later than 11am if there were no one checking in right after you at no extra cost.
