Comfortable country house, located 18 km from Cuenca, a quiet place to enjoy nature with easy access to the different towns. You are 1 km from Solano on foot, 6 km from Déleg, 3 km from Llacao, populated centers for supplies. The space The property has a total area of 5000 m2; half is used for social area and the other half for fun planting. In the social area there is a court for beach volleyball and mini soccer. A space for campfires and barbecues A mixed kitchen independent of the house with: Wood stove and wood oven; Industrial gas cooktops; and, Barbecue module. Ideal for events such as pig or lamb slaughter or whatever you prefer. A rustic and glass living room of 12 meters x 6 meters, with bathroom, for family parties A sanitary battery with shower and two bathrooms strategically located near the court. A playhouse for children A house with a master bedroom, children's bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, guest bathroom and full family bathroom, on the lower level. And a spacious attic with 6 beds for 2 people installed and a bathroom. Lots of green area and spaces to walk and relax. Guest access We only have one storage room whose access is restricted to guests and obviously, being a vacation property we have some personal and family things that must be respected. Other things to note There are nearby places that can be visited and that are very touristy, planning and agreeing with the due time; Guabishún Lagoon Climb Cojitambo Mountain Visit the top of Pachamama Mountain, with a spectacular view of Cuenca Visits to Cuenca and/or Azogues.
