VR permit #PPROVO-18-0049 The space The home was built in 2018 and has all the standard comforts and amenities for guests. On the main floor, you will find an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a sliding glass door off the dining room to the back courtyard of the house and french doors off the living room to the porch and front yard. The main entrance enters the space through an entryway with storage for coats and shoes. Off the kitchen, you will find a half bath with a washer and dryer. Additionally, on the main floor, you will find the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in closet, a double vanity sink, and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has french doors leading to the porch and front yard. The main living space and the master bedroom all have spectacular water views. Stairs from the living room will take you to the second floor where there are two additional bedrooms, a small work space, and a full bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms are equal in size and both have beautiful water views. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub. The back courtyard has an NBA Spalding portable basketball hoop and a BBQ. The front yard is large and level with room for relaxing in a chair or playing a yard game. It has sweeping views of Haro Straight, Vancouver Island, and the Olympic Mountains. There is a seasonal fire-pit for guest use during low fire risk months (usually late fall to spring). Firewood not provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and lower front lawn area.
