Child-friendly house with south-facing garden and private jetty on the standing mast route! Take a dip from the jetty, rent a sloop in the village and sail away from the garden. Enjoy the sun on the terrace. You can fish or paddleboard from your backyard. In the immediate vicinity, you will find: An ice farm, Terherne chameleon village, Alde Feanen National Park and water sports resorts such as Grou, Sneek and Langweer. Also harbor terrace “de Koken” (with playground) in Akkrum itself is great! The space Please note: this is not a standard vacation home, but our family home, so you will also find our personal belongings here. Advantage: lots of open-ended toys (Grimms, Stacking Stone, dolls, puzzles, etc.), books, magazines; there is a lot available! The house has a living room on the ground floor with a pot stove and open kitchen. Through a spacious sliding door, you have a connection to the sunny backyard (located on the south), on the open waterway. In the garden you will find a terrace, a trampoline, slide, seesaw, swings and a hammock, plus of course a lovely lawn and trees for some shade. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms. The "master bedroom" has a large double bed of 200x220 cm. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (suitable for people < 80 kilos). Bedroom 3 has a single bed. Bedroom 4 is located in the attic (so warm in warm weather) and has a double bed (160x200 cm). A bed rail is available on request. Other things to note The swimming jetty is shared with 1 other household. The jetty is completely private.
