This uniquely located detached villa from the sixties is equipped for 5 people offers a beautiful view of the Veerse Meer. Because of the favourably location you are within 150 meters with your feet in the water. The sunsets over the water are pure magic. The ocean is just 4 km away! Perfect spot for watersports and to relax! For rainy days: inside the house you find a fireplace and we have many board games available. Please note that towels/ bed sheets/baby cot need to be rented seperately! Because of the favourably location you are within 1 minute with your feet in the water. Here you can enjoy the sailing boats all day, both indoors and outdoors, the changing colours on the rippling water with the setting sun in the background. A perfect location for every water sports enthusiast! Inside the house you find a fireplace and we also have many board games available! Our kitchen is small and a bit outdated, but has this cute 60's charme with the yellow tiles. The Master Bedroom has a double bed (with 2 seperate one person bedsheets) and an own bath sink and a closet. You share the smaller shower and bath sink with the other two bedrooms. The twin bedroom has as the name says already, two single beds in it and also a small closet. The third bedroom has a single bed in it, wich we also often use as extra study/work/lounge room. As the house is from the sixties we use new and old furniture to give it an authentic look. We hired a cleaning service to take care of the cleaning and also reperations. Hence if something is not in order, please let us know immeditaly, so that you get the place as it should be! Ps. We have some exercise equipment such as a jumping rope, balls and rackets, but no fitness room. Guest access You have the full house except the cellar and garage. Other things to note The house is build in the sixties, hence it is not anymore the newest. There is a lot of lime scale in the water in Zeeland, which causes calcification around the water taps. However the water is clean and drinkable. Please note that you can rent towels and bedsheets seperately for €7.50 per person for the towels and for €12.50 per person for the bedsheets. We also rent out a baby cot for €5.00. Please notify us about this on the day of booking. For last minute bookings please ask us ahead if the cleaning company is still open in order to rent these out. We have a Filter Coffee machine and also a SENSEO coffee pad machine. Our welcome package includes 1 toilet paper roll and washing tablet. We don't have a Bbq anymore as people often broke it. However feel free to bring your own. We pay an external company to clean our house. They have about 50 employees underneath them. Hence just in case the house is not cleaned properly, please inform us immediately about this so that we can take action. Thank you.
