Beautiful compact Apt in the heart of historic Dublin. The space Hi Folks, for business reasons I am quite often abroad so I have decided to let my beautiful small apartment for the time I am not there. Place is based on Ushers Quay on the Top floor of a secure building. The building is directly opposite to modern James Joyce bridge designed from famous architect Calatrava. Short walk from Guinness brewery,Jameson, Stephens Green, Temple Bar, Trinity College, O'Connell St, Grafton St and Luas/tram lines. The location in the south city centre is the best for culture, shopping and sightseeing. Apartment consist of one bright open space with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Please note: Studio Apartment is about 28 sq. Please note: Studio is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift in the building. WIFI is provided. . Guest access The most popular Irish pubs are just few mins walk: Dice, Vodoo lounge, Generator bar, Cobblestone and oldest Irish pub Brazen Head Lidl, Spar and Tesco supermarkets are inthe popular Thomas St. just inthe corner from my place.
