Lovely and cosy artistic home, quiet terrace

Relax at this peaceful family home near Eastville Park, one minute from the Bristol-Bath cycle path. The space Our home has been thoughtfully renovated by my husband James since we moved in, in 2017. With original floorboards, lots of original artworks and some friendly plants (low maintenance and won’t need anything from you) it is a relaxed space that fills with light from the south facing garden. There is a wood burner and bags of wood in the woodshed along with kindling and firefighters (we have central heating too if lighting a fire isn’t for you!) As stated we do normally live in the house (though we’ll be away when we’re renting to guests) so please expect a lived-in feel. We will also have our belongings in the home (though not in the guest bedroom). You are welcome to use all the essentials as well as kitchen items like the oils and spices etc., but if you use a lot please work with a 'replace like for like' attitude! We have a two year old toddler so there’s pretty much everything you need inc. toys and books and a child’s bedroom. You are welcome to play with anything! There are still a few finishing touches left to do inside and out - so you may spot some ‘to-do’s - (like the odd bit of skirting board!) but nothing major :) Guest access Available to guests are a guest double bedroom, a child’s bedroom with toddler bed, a bathroom with double shower and bath, new kitchen, living room and dining area. Our bedroom is locked :) The garden is accessed by the french doors from the dining area. There is a bench and a small lawn if you'd like a cuppa in the fresh air - however the garden needs some TLC so we're not offering it in a big way yet. If you are bringing a child / children, there is a sandpit and a small slide that you are more than welcome to use. Other things to note Our neighbours are friendly and will be able to help if needed. As we are in a terrace on a quiet residential street please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Currently a maximum of 2 adult guests allowed and no extra visitors please (unless discussed). There is a room for a child (probably suitable bed for up to 5 year old) but we have spare child’s mattress and can make up a second ‘floor bed’ if that’s useful.
