The bedroom is very comfortable with a sofa bed, and a working desk, and guests are having their own private bathroom. The apartment has an open plan luminous space with kitchen and living room. It also has a really funky balcony with lots of plants, a very relaxing & joyful exterior space where guests are welcome to enjoy during their stay! ideal for people intending to spend some time in Athens and want to share space with an Athenian! The space comfortable room and private bathroom in spacious & very sunny apartment with a very personal character.The apartment has 2 bedrooms- one for the hostess and one for the guests- with a very comfortable sofa bed, and a working desk, 2 bathrooms, and an open plan luminous space with kitchen and living room. It also has a balcony with lots of plants, a very relaxing & joyful exterior space where guests are welcome to enjoy during their stay! Guest access Very well located and connected to all the mediums of public transportation. a few blocks away from Petralona station of the metro green line, a 15 min walk from Kerameikos station of the metro blue line, accessible by bus #227, and trolley #15. A walking distance to the center of Athens, historical sights, the ancient center, interesting neighborhoods and contemporary urban sites. During your stay I will be glad to provide guests with information & assistance during their stay, while i am expecting a respectful attitude to my personal space. Please avoid opening drawers & closets in the bedroom as well as cupboards in the kitchen as it makes me uncomfortable. Whatever you might need, please ask me & i will do my best to provide it for you! Other things to note You need to know that i share the apartment with my two very friendly & easy going cats, by the names of Pirata & Drakumel. They are two very cool dudes you can tell by the first contact! You won't need to occupy with them unless you want to interact with them, which is welcome. In terms of their needs, these will be met by me, so you can only enjoy of their presence in the space! (be sure i won't be around to bug you!) As long as you are ok with sharing the apartment with those 2 fellows, you are more than welcome to our apartment! It would be good to know that i am a light smoker, and smoking is allowed at the balcony but also inside the apartment, in case my guests are smokers. In case my guests are non-smokers, please keep in mind that i only smoke in my room and at the balcony so as not to disturb my guests! Registration Details Exempt
