The apartment is fully furnished, with a stove, sofa, refrigerator, washing machine and a beautiful ocean view. During the carnival period, the avenue in front of the apartment is closed and only the residents of the area have access. In that case, guests will have privileged access to the circuit. Guest access As the space is a residential condominium, each guest will be given a wristband and they will only be able to enter and leave the condominium with this wristband. Other things to note The minimum stay is five days for Carnival and 4 days for the end of the year. No one other than guests is allowed to enter the condominium.
