Description

2 superbly located apts each with 2 divisible sleeping areas, + all bed linen & towels, bathroom/kitchen & toilet essentials, WiFi, Payable outdoor heated swimming pool (90m). Each apt sleeps 4-6 persons in flexible bed arrangements. Close to all the facilities. Spar, Bakers, SkiSet, Intersport, Spitting Feathers English Bar, Mouflon Restaurant all <50m, ESF Ski sch 100m, Ski Lifts 250m. The space I have 5 apartments in Plagne Bellecote, each sleeping up to 6 guests in 2 divisible and completely independent sleeping areas, and all come with free WiFi, all bed linen and towels. There are 3 adjacent apartments on the 3rd floor + 1 on the 4th floor + 1 on the 5th floor. This advert is for 2 non-adjacent apartments, for 7-12 persons. I have other adverts for individual apartments, or for 3 or 4 apartments for large groups. KEY FEATURES - The apartments are superbly located in the ski resort of Plagne Bellecote, and are close (all within 250m) to all of the resorts facilities and amenities. The apartments come with free Wifi, all bed linen and towels, and have very flexible sleeping/bed configuration options. Payable resort public outdoor heated swimming pool . Each 6 bed apartment: Sleeps 4-6 guests, in 2 divisible sleeping areas, offering flexible single/double bed configuration options. The first sleeping area, has a fixed elevated double bed, above either 2 single beds or when pushed together a second double bed. The second sleeping/living area, 'the lounge/sleeping area' has 2 single sofa/beds which can be pushed together to form another double bed. The size of the apartments at 25.7m2 makes them perfect for up to 4 guests and cosy for 5-6. All bed linen & towels are provided. Also provided - all bathroom, kitchen & toilet essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bubble bath, hand wash, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, cleaning sprays and cloths. The dining table seats up to 6 persons. Each apartment has a small but fully functional kitchen, with with full sized oven, 4 place hob, and large combination microwave/convection oven. Full size dishwasher (with dishwasher tablets provided). Washing up liquid, sponges and cleaning sprays/cloths etc are all provided. Bath with shower. Towels and bubble bath, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. 2 towels per person. One for the bath/shower, one for the outdoor heated outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Separate toilet. Ski locker (lockable). All of the apartments have an easterly aspect, with lovely views and benefit from the morning sun. The 3m balcony is accessed via the lounge/sleeping area, with lovely immediate views of a rocky outcrop and fir trees on the adjacent mountainside. Looking south, up the mountains, you can see part of the Arpette ski lift (which provides direct access to the Vanoise Express gondola to Les Arcs), the gondola en route to the Roche de Mio/Bellecote Glacier and with views of the higher mountains beyond. The apartments are very close to all the facilities in the resort, and everything from ski lifts to car parking is all easily accessible on foot and all within 250m. ESF Ski school 100m. Ski in/Ski out (short walk out - 200m) to the 4 ski lifts and ski pass office. SKI HIRE - Ski Republic, Ski Set, Skimium, Intersport, and Sport 2000. SKI SCHOOLS - For individual lessons I recommend Reflex in Plagne Centre For group lessons, ESF in Plagne Bellecote (infants Piou Piou) or Oxygene in Belle Plagne, just above Plagne Bellecote, and one stage up the Roche de Mio Gondola lift. RESTAURANTS AND BARS - The Spitting Feathers Bar, and Mouflon restaurant are right outside the building (30m). The resort has a total of 11 restaurants/bars/nightclubs all within 10m-150m (and is linked to Belle Plagne which has a further 20+ restaurants, bars and nightclubs), including one with 10 pin bowling. FOOD SHOPS - Large Spar foodstore, Bakery and Traditional French Cheese & Jambon shops just 40m from the apartment building entrance. OTHER FACILITIES - Souvenir shop, Bank ATM, Bus Stop for free ski bus 40m, Pharmacy 50m, Heated Outdoor Swimming Pool, 70m, ESF Ski School 100m, well being Spa with Sauna, Hammam, massage treatments etc, 100m. Natural ice rink and restaurant 250m. CAR PARKING - In the resort there are approx 10 free car parking spaces (if available) and also paid parking from €10-€12 per day (€40 to €70/wk) Guest access Guests booking the apartment(s) will have exclusive use of the whole space. Access into the apartment(s) is via a push button coded door lock, and accessible on arrival at any time of the day or night (24/7 access). The door code will be provided to you on the day (or day before) of your arrival. We aim to greet all of our guests wherever possible, no matter what the time of day or night (We have greeted guests between midnight and 4.00 a.m. many times, and have rescued guests in the early hours of the morning when their snow chains snapped!) Other things to note I currently now have a total of 7 apartments available for guests to rent in La Plagne (5 in Plagne Bellecote, 2 adjacent in Plagne ime 2000), offering flexible accommodation for groups/families of 4 to 24. Furthermore, I have a 6 bedroomed Ski Chalet in Montagny, located on the back of La Plagne, opposite La Tania, Courchevel with views of the 3 Vallees and the start of the Meribel Valley, offering guests staying in the chalet the opportunity to ski in all of the 3 Vallees & Paradiski resorts. With flexible arrival and departure days, and lengths of stays from 3 to 21 nights, with or without airport transfers, for parties of 4 to 36 (utilising all of the available accommodation in the two locations), and from just £150pp for the accommodation, please get in touch if you wish to discuss your accommodation and ski trip requirements. Re the apartments - 3 of the apartments are adjoining on the 3rd floor, with the fourth directly above on the 4th floor, and the fifth located one floor up on the 5th floor. All face East, and benefit from the morning sun until mid-day in the summertime. In my opinion each apartment is spacious for 2-3 guests, perfect for 4-5 and cosy for 6. The 'Cleaning fee' is not for cleaning... sorry but it is a standard Airbnb heading that cannot be changed. It is to cater for less than 7 day bookins, and for servicing the apartment both before and after guests arrive and leave, and is to cover (whenever possible) greeting and assisting guests with their bags, ski/snowboard gear and luggage on arrival,and with access into the apartment, car parking (finding free parking spaces where available), ensuring all the beds are made up on arrival with freshly laundered quality bed linen, and provision of 2 towels per guest. Also post departure inspection of the apartment(s) to ensure guests have left them clean and tidy, with bed linen stripped and all placed in one duvet cover, and used towels are left in a pile in the bath, for collection, replacement and laundering. The apartments should be left ready for the next guests arriving, including (wherever possible) emptying the dishwasher. Guests are expected to vacuum all floor surfaces, and to spray clean and wipe all surfaces (dining table, kitchen and bathroom tops). Apartments left dirty, and not clean with result in a deduction from the security deposit, based on the time taken to make the apartments ready for the next guests. In the past 2 years and with over 80 weeks of bookings the apartments have only been left in a totally unsatisfactory state on 10% of the time, requiring over 2-3 hours of attention to make ready for the next guests. On 6 occasions the apartments were left absolutely spotless, and as clean as found on arrival (just how my mother taught me to leave somewhere !) For the other departures between 15 and 75 minutes to make good! Returning guests who had left the apartments in a perfect state on the previous visit qualify for a 15% discount. This year I have had many returning guests !
