I rent out a more spacious living room (23 square meters), for days or weekends. The complex is very quiet and well located in terms of traffic, the room nicely furnished, balcony, 2nd floor. Sleep on a comfortable sofa bed (1.60 x 200). Direct connection to the city center: Arabellapark U-4 - Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest). To Arabellapark 8 min walk, by bus 5 min. (every 10 min). There's also a tram. It's an alternative to a guesthouse for the fair. You can park your car on the street. The space Two or even three people can sleep on the bed without any problems.
