It is located just 8 minutes from Granada in Otura. It is a villa with a 700-meter plot. It has two floors, with separate entrances, on the first floor I live with my children. The second one is intended to accommodate people who want to come and visit Granada. It has three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and another with two single beds (with the possibility of two extra beds). All are very spacious, very bright exteriors. The house is equipped with heating for a pleasant stay in the winter season.  What to do:  Due to its direct access to the highway, in 8 minutes you can be walking through the streets of Granada.  In 40 minutes you would go up to the Sierra Nevada ski resort. Just 35 minutes away is the Costa Tropical or, if you prefer mountains, it would take the same time to get to the Alpujarras of Granada.  The surroundings of Otura are surrounded by a large number of roads that run through the Vega and that allow you to make very nice and pleasant tours walking from the house itself. There are numerous trails with beautiful routes: the ascent to the Dilar River, the ascent to the Trebenque, the Cahorros in Monachil, the ascent to the Charcón and the Vereda de la Estrella from Huéjar–Sierra (some of which can be cycled).  A two-minute walk away you will find yourself in the center of town and find all kinds of services, both hospitality and supermarkets, tennis and paddle sports facilities. Also, 700 m from the house is the Santa Clara golf course.  In the nearby village of Dilar you can go horseback riding through impressive landscapes. Guest access Our guests will enjoy free Wi-Fi, bedding and towels They will share with other guests, living room, terrace, bathroom and pool. The kitchen cannot be used. The washing machine can be used for stays longer than two nights. For stays of one or two nights, there will be a charge of 5 EU per wash. Other things to note No parties of any kind. Only the number of people specified in the reservation may be accommodated. Upon arrival, the guest will provide their ID, Passport or similar to check in. In the event of non-compliance with any of these aspects, they must leave the room immediately.
