JRLB PLACE is located at Concepcion, Tarlac. Our property is inside Montecelio Residences beside Waltermart Concepcion, few minutes from Clark International Airport and Green City. Located at the town proper where very convenient to commercial, groceries, banks, and transportation. The property is a two- storey house and lot, complete with all the needs of the guest from wifi, parking, shower, cooking wares, and utensils. We are not hotel and no generators in case of power interruption. The space 2 Bedrooms with spilt type aircons. The master bedroom has 1 Queen bed, TV with netflix, vanity table and chair and 1 closet. It can accommodate up to 2 persons and 1 kid. The other room has shared beds that accommodate up to 5 persons. 1 double size double deck bed and 1 double bed with closet. Guest access Before your arrival, please feel to contact our property caretaker for the check-in assistance. Other things to note If going there, just pin * JRLB PLACE* when you arrive to the subdivision please show your booking confirmation to the subdivision guard as proof that you booked our property. They dont let you IN if you dont have booking confirmation because the peoperty is located inside exclusive subdivision.
