The space One bedroom is furnished with a King bed, One a queen and then the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, the large family room and living room both offer hide-a-bed in the pull out couches. The kitchen is fully stocked and the back patio is equipped to grill and chill! Guest access The Entire property, including off street driveway parking, covered front porch, back patio with pergola, detached garage, fully fenced backyard. Other things to note Sleeping: King, Queen, Twin + 2 sleeper sofa (One in each living room) Entry: A few steps up to the front door. Parking: Driveway parking is preferred; street parking is also available. Neighborhood: Quiet residential area—please respect quiet hours. Pets: Pet fee applies. Please keep pets kenneled when unattended, clean up after them, and ensure all bathroom breaks happen outdoors only. Grill: Please pull the grill away from the house/siding before lighting to avoid heat damage. Cameras: No cameras on the property. Supplies: We provide starter basics (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Personal toiletries are not provided
