Dora - The little fine one

Enjoy your holiday in our newly renovated 3-Seithof, idyllically located in the south of Brandenburg. Lake Sedlitz can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. It is a good base for our guests to explore the Lusatian Lakeland. Cyclists and inline skaters have access to a large network of well-developed lakeside and long-distance cycle paths. The space A house with history has a lot to offer for families If this house could speak, it would have exciting stories to tell. The 3-Seithof was built in Kaiser Wilhelms times, around 1900. Pigs have been bred, hay and grain grown and stored here. In the former pigsty, our cozy sauna for 2-3 people welcomes you today. And the barn is now the ideal place for the whole family with ping pong table and sitting areas on rainy days. There used to be a post office here. Exactly where the reading nook is at the Anne apartment today. She was led by our great aunt Annelies, who lived and worked here. As a souvenir, two of our apartments are now called Anne and Liese – the two apartments can also be connected and rented as a larger apartment Anne-Liese. We called the third apartment Dora, after the sister of our great aunt Annelies. Each flat has it's own entrance, so you will remain undisturbed. Larger family and groups are also welcome to rent the complete house as a whole. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens and are family-friendly - from baby cot, baby monitor, bottle warmer (bookable as a "baby package" per stay for 20€) and high chair to toys. In good weather, our large fenced garden (1000 sqm) with two sitting areas and a shady play area is a popular place to stay. If you are looking for even more relaxation, we also have yoga mats for you if desired. In our lockable bike room with electricity, you can also safely store your stroller. And of course there is free Wi-Fi for our guests. Right in front of the house you can park for free or charge your electric car at our electricity gas station - for a fee. Apartment Dora is located in the lower part of the house and has a living area with bunk bed, sofa, dining table and kitchen, a bathroom with tub and shower on a total of 29 sqm. Guest access In addition to the apartment, the garden (including Playground and barbecue) will be used by you. In addition, the large barn is also available to you as a common area. In bad weather, you can do well, and play table tennis there - ideal for children in bad weather. To relax, you can also use the sauna with your fellow travelers on request. Other things to note If necessary, two electric bicycles with bicycle bag & bicycle lock as well as a bicycle trailer can also be rented.
