Guest access The condominium club has a playground, 24-hour security, swimming pool with lane, resort pool, tennis courts, sand court, soccer field, fitness center, dry and steam sauna, lake and club restaurant open from Friday to Sunday. Other things to note It is the guest's responsibility to pay, at the end of the lease, the amounts related to the consumption of water, electricity and gas, in the contracted period. For this purpose, meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. The guest will receive a copy of the condominium's convention and internal regulations at the entrance, which must be complied with. Fines imposed on the unit for non-compliance with these standards during the lease period will be the responsibility of the guest, as well as other damages caused to the property and accessories, third parties and the condominium by the occupants of the house. A pool attendant and gardener will be available at the host's expense for cleaning and maintenance of these respective outdoor areas.
