Newly remodeled Highland Square studio apartment

The “Nook”is a newly remodeled studio apartment, nestled in the lower level of our century family home. Centrally located in the historic Highland Square Neighborhood, we are only 2 blocks from the main strip which includes grocery, dining, retail, movie theatre and plenty of night life! The space The apartment has a private entrance, a beautiful shared patio and is abundant with windows and natural light. The Nook is cozy and stylishly designed with new appliances and fixtures throughout. In warmer months there is a window ac unit and ceiling fan, in colder weather there is Independent infrared heat you can adjust to your liking. A comfy queen sized bed, private laundry, living/dining area, full kitchen and full bathroom makes the Nook a perfect stay whether for a night or longer! Guest access There is a private entrance at the rear of our home with keyless entry. Upon entering there are 7 steps down. You have the entire apartment. There is a joining door to the rest of our basement which remains locked on our side and there is an additional lock on the guests side. Other things to note There is free street parking in front of our home. Smoking is not allowed inside - Parties are not permitted. Please no loud noise after 9:00 P.M. For your safety there are exterior cameras located on the rear, side and front of the home. As this is a basement studio apartment, you may have minimal noise from above. This may include a possible a bark from our friendly rescue pup Gia, sounds of a piano or children laughing. In colder weather you may also hear the lovely clang or occasional bang of our steam heat boiler.
