Beautiful 100+ year-old craftsman home situated between Belle Meade and Green Hills only 5 miles from downtown. Home comes very well-appointed with high-end mattresses, linens, cookware, and plenty of space. It features 3 bedrooms up, 1 bedroom on the main level, and a basement that is great for kids with a den, full bath, and laundry. Enjoy playing corn hole or relaxing around the fire pit in the serene back yard. There is also a large well-lit deck perfect for lounging and grilling. The space The Kimberly on Woodmont is ideal for family or friends travelling together who want to stay in a comfortable, spacious, homey atmosphere and be close to the sights and sounds of Nashville. The home is a beautifully restored historic craftsman that is over 100 years old. It features ample parking. You may enter from the basement in the back or the front door. Home is very comfortable with large cozy bedrooms and well-stocked bathrooms. For indoor entertainment, we have several 55” tvs located around the house: Samsung QLED smart tv in the family room, smart tv in upstairs king bedroom, and Roku tv in the Master bedroom and basement. Your inner musician can take advantage of the console piano in the parlor. Upstairs you will find a bright office space with dual monitors, printers, mouse, and comfortable desk chair. For those who love to cook, your inner chef will enjoy using the Jenn-air gas range, double ovens, and All-Clad cookware for home-cooked meals. Basic spices, oil, salt & pepper, coffee, tea, sweeteners, and cream are provided. The coffee pot is a Keurig K-Duo, which can make a whole pot with our Folgers Pods or by the cup with K-Cups. Relax in one of 2 large garden tubs and take advantage of an additional full bathroom in the basement. The back yard is very serene. Enjoy a glass of wine around the firepit or sit on the back deck overlooking the yard. There is a canopy of lights on the deck for your evening enjoyment. You will find The Kimberly a relaxing and comfortable respite while you spend time with friends and family and enjoy your Nashville stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the locked closets in the basement. Other things to note There is ample parking for 2 vehicles in the spaces under the deck at the back of the house. Depending on the size of the vehicles, a third vehicle can be carefully accommodated. For a party of 10, there is room for one person to sleep on the sectional in the family room. In that case, we ask you to please use sheets from the upstairs linen closet.
