AAA + location. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Walk to Butterfly Beach - the BEST beach in Santa Barbara - or stroll to Coast Village Road for world class shops and restaurants. The romantic bedroom opens out onto patio doors into the lovely garden area. Enjoy the sun deck or BBQ your own home cooked meal. Snooze on the bench or sun it up on the lounge chairs. Many quiet places to relax in the huge wrap around garden. The garden area is also completely private!! The space Beautiful ONE bedroom cottage by the beach. Lovely outside spaces, very relaxed setting. All new major appliances. The kitchen and living room have since been remodeled! I have a new, self inflating, queen air bed (takes less than 5 minutes) with new bedding for extra guests on request. It is in the laundry room. Oversized outdoor patio seating also makes for a good size mattress. Guest access Whole house and garden to yourself. Please do not enter the small gated area in the corner of the garden. My quiet, well behaved pup might be there .. BUT he’s open to arranged visits from any dog lovers if you are missing your own pup! Other things to note For additional guests, I have a new, self inflating, queen air bed (takes less than 5 minutes) with new bedding for extra guests. Extra sheets are in the bedding box in the closet and in the laundry room. TV choices - Apple TV, Paramount +, Netflix, Sling, ESPN +, Peacock, Samsung TV Fees apply for more than 2 people. Rainy days: if you feel so inclined, please cover patio furniture with covers in brown storage bin. Two regular size, and one long. This way they will remain dry for your stay. Fireplace: The key to the gas is on the right of the wall.. turn it on mildly, but only when ready to light. There is a fire lighter in the kitchen drawer (the one under the knives), but don’t turn the gas on too high or you will get the “woosh” You only need two or 3 logs at a time. You can keep one or two at the front of the fireplace (inside it) Remember to turn gas off when logs are lit - or when done. Enjoy!
