Early check-in is subject to availability and with an additional charge of ₱1000 per hour. 4. No smoking on the premise. 5. Small pets are allowed with pet fee ₱700 and additional pet security deposit ₱2000. 6. Our home is not a full-service hotel. Please clean up after yourselves when dining. 7. Strictly no heavy cooking in the indoor kitchen. For deep-frying, barbecuing etc., please use the outdoor kitchen. 8. We do not accept reservations for wedding preparation. 9. For Safety reasons. we have CCTV in public area, such as for entry to house and public pool and public area ONLY We guarantee that there are no cameras or recorders inside the Villa, rooms as this would violate the privacy law of this country. HEADCOUNT 1. Our maximum occupancy is 16 only. 2. Drivers, maids and other employees of the guests are included in the headcount. 3. Children ages 2 and below are not included in the headcount and are therefore exempted from charges, given that they share a bed with a parent/guardian. 4. For visitors who aren't staying overnight, we charge ₱500 per head.
